研究领域

以半导体材料为研究背景,针对无铅以及低维半导体单晶探测器的开发和医学成像研究,并推动低剂量X射线探测与成像转化应用。

目前系统开展以下几个方面的研究:

1.大尺寸低维单晶的溶液生长和优化;

2.宽带隙无金属钙钛矿单晶生长、探测以及发光性能;

3.新型半导体材料的X射线探测响应与应用,闪烁体成像的研究。
